Bau Design Architects was engaged as the Clerk of Works to oversee the quality of workmanship, materials, and compliance with building codes and specifications on behalf of JCU during construction.
We worked closely with the Client and Architect to ensure that construction standards were met, schedules adhered to and programme followed.
